Little Dutch Flowers and Butterflies Play Pen Mat

Posted by Charlotte Fancy on

I think we can all agree that since Little Dutch launched in the UK it’s been a winner. Little Dutch offers a range of gorgeous wooden toys and soft textile toys.

This year Little Dutch has released two new collections Sailor Bay and Flowers and Butterflies, both have been designed with passion and playtime fun.

Today I want to talk about the brand-new Flowers and Butterflies play pen mat.

Features I Love

This gorgeous, padded play pen mat is suitable from birth, even though it’s called a play pen mat its absolutely fine as a normal play mat. The beauty with this mat is that you have extra padding when those little ones start to move around.

One of the things I love about Little Dutch is the attention to detail, some people may think the play pen mat isn’t busy enough for babies, but I believe the amount of detail on the play pen mat is perfect.

Babies love different textures so this play mat is perfect, they will enjoy playing with crinkly butterfly which will help develop and recognise those different sounds, as they grow and explore and become more confident, they will be able to play with more features like the little sparrow which rings and the little transparent ring with beads inside. My favourite part of a babies development is when they notice the mirrors and start to explore and see themselves for the first time.

If you are looking for a baby play mat to invest in, then I would highly recommend this range. The quality and design are just stunning and it’s an item which will grow with your baby, even when the have outgrown some of the smaller features of this play pen mat it’s still perfect for everyday play including tea party’s with the teddy bears or Rosa and Jim from the Little Dutch Range.

This item is £60.00, to help save time we have added a little link for you.
